Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

We would like to thank all our dear guests and partners for an exciting 2017.

During this jubilee year, when we celebrate that the hotel has been open for 35 years, it has really happened a lot in our business. At the beginning of the year we performed a major renovation of the hotel by many guest rooms and bathrooms as well as in many public areas. We now also offer 20 rooms with air conditioning.

We have continued to streamline our IT solutions and implemented many new features/investments, such as Microsoft's "cloud", new TV system, new payroll solution, Swish, new booking page, and updated website.

Many thanks to all our guests who have taken the time to write such nice reviews about their stay at Hotel Concordia. This resulted in a nice award from Tripadvisor this year, "Certificate of Excellence 2017". This award and other nice guest reviews inspire us to continue to maintain a high level of service and offer a personal quality hotel where our guests have a peaceful and nice stay!

We also want to thank the guests who had negative views and then gave us valuable constructive criticism. This makes us a better hotel, as we can take action / improvements according to guests recommendations.

The extensive (mainly administrative) work on the annual follow-up of the hotel's Eco-labell, The Nordic Swan, certification has also been completed during the year. Our environmental work is very important for our business and for our guests. We also have several exciting potential projects in our environmental work, which we hope to be able to implement in the next few years.

This year, we have also had the great pleasure of launching exciting cooperation with many new contract customers and some new suppliers. We welcome you!

The hotel's loyalty program"Concordia Card" continues to attract many new regulars. Please contact us for more information on this.

We have chosen to donate Christmas gifts to BRIS and the Hjärnfonden this year.
