Welcome to Hotel Concordia

Welcome to the personal 4-star hotel with 60 rooms in the middle of Lund.

During the ongoing pandemic, we have adapted our operations and taken a number of measures.

We now have the following service arrangements and as a hotel and conference guest you can feel safe with us:

•     If you want to arrive outside reception opening hours, you must send an email to us at least 1 day before arrival, with information about what time you are expected to arrive at the hotel. You will then receive a code for a key cabinet, to the right inside the hotel entrance, where an envelope with your room key is waiting for you.

•     If you have NOT reported arrival outside regular opening hours, you will only be admitted to the hotel lobby if you state your name and booking number to Securitas in the intercom at the hotel entrance. Then you can check in at the earliest at 5 pm. In the lobby area you have access to Wi-Fi (info at the reception desk), children's play corner, charging station for mobile, TV, toilet with changing table, chess table, books, newspapers, etc.

The reception is staffed during these hours:

Mon-Thu: 7 am - 1 pm & 4 pm - 10 pm

Fri: 7 am - 1 pm & 3 pm - 10 pm

Sat: 8 am -1 pm & 3 pm - 10 pm

Sun: 8 am -1 pm & 5 pm -9 pm

Please note! Earliest check-in is at 5 pm

Latest check-out is at 11 am

The following routines apply until further notice at Hotel Concordia in Lund:

    -Free cancellation 6 pm on day before arrival.  
    -Maximum 25 people at a conference in Billesalen and a maximum of 4 people in the group rooms.
    -Max 30 people / hour in the breakfast room.
    -You inform us what time you wish to have breakfast. Max 1 h/visit/day in the breakfast area.
    -A maximum of 1 party (maximum 5 people in the same party) at the same time at the breakfast buffet is allowed. Max 15 persons / 1,5 h seating at the Afternoon Tea.

    -We have refurnished the public areas and follow the authorities' requirements.
    -Hotel staff use respiratory protection when in contact with guests.
    -Cleaning and hand washing of handles, etc. is done several times a day.
    -Hands-on booths around the hotel and a contactless fever thermometer are located in the lobby.
    -Distance markings on the floor (2 m) where queues can form, at the reception and in the breakfast room.
    -Signs around the hotel that provide information according to the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations.
