The reception

Our serviceminded staff in the reception are here to assist you.

We will help you solve all kinds of issues, whether you need information about the ticket sale for the theatre, or if you need to find out where some sightseeing is located. If you need transport anywhere, there will be a taxi waiting for you outside of the hotel, always within 15 minutes from the moment you ask us to order one. Usually the taxi arrives only 5 minutes after ordering. Between 10 pm - 07 am the reception is closed and during these hours your contact is our security company.

Please note! If you want your room cleaned on a daily basis during your stay you must inform us on the day before the next cleaning day.

Fire protection & security

We educate our staff in fire protection and safety issues. Our fire protection system is top modern and contain a sprinkler system in 10 of our guest rooms and there are also smoke detectors in all of our guest rooms and in all public areas in the hotel. On the inside of all the fireproof guest room doors there are evacuation plans placed. In each guest room there is a guide "In case of fire", placed in the information folder on the desk. Manual fire extinguishers are placed at several locations in the building.

Safety for our guests and staff is very important for us. This is why we cooperate with a security company and we also have a modern recording surveillance CCTV installed at the hotel. All fireproof guest room doors are equipped with a securtiy chain and a peep-hole.

The relax area

You only pay a small fee to access to Hotel Concordia´s private relax area, that includes a sauna with a spectacular view over the rooftops down to the park. After enjoying the sauna you can relax in comfortable chairs and watch a program/movie on the flat TV TV or listen to some music on the Bang & Olufsen CD/radio. You book your pirvate time in the relax area and get the key at the reception.

The Lobby bar

We serve minor food dishes at the lobby bar are we are licensed to serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the lobby bar in the reception.

The roof terrace

The roof terrace "Tycho Brahe" is named after the famous astronomer and who´s mother Beata Bille owned this area around the hotel during the 1500´s. From up here you have a spectacular view over the roof tops, down towards the park, "Lunds Stadspark". Just relax in the lounge furnitures while enjoying your breakfast, have a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, etc. Free access for our guests.

The gym

The gym is equipped with a crosstrainer, a training bike, a rowing machine, Pilates ball and free weights. The gym is available free of charge for our guests. You get the key to the gym at the reception. You can watch your favourite TV series when training, via our Chromecast system on the flat screen TV.

TV & Chromecast system

In all hotel rooms we have installed Chromecast-tv and by using this system for free you can easily connect to for example Netflix and watch your favourite tv-series on the TV in your hotel room.

As our hotel guest you have access to some free TV- & radiochannels. Our wide range of TV-channels are totally free from eroticism. We also provide some radio-channels.

Game Room & Food Corner

There is a "Food Corner", with a large vending machine filled with chilled drinks, snacks, etc. There is also a coffee machine, with 12 different coffees. You pay by credit card. Open 24/7.

Next to the dining room, there is the hotel's "Game Room". Here you as our guest can play 60 different retro arcade games (Pac-man, etc.), Fuzzball games (the same type used in the World Cup), golf putting mat, dart board, white-board board where the children can draw. Open 24/7.  Welcome!
