Prices from 475 sek for a full conference day in the top modern "Bille-salen". We offer both physical, hybrid and digital meetings in a quite & charming environment.

Morning coffee with a sandwich served in the dining room or conference room.

Lunch at a nearby excellent restaurant (only 50 metres from the hotel).

Afternoon coffee and cake served in the dining room or conference room.

Water and fruit is served during the conference.

Additional services we offer you as a conference guest could be assistance with the internet, copying of documents (2 sek / paper) and of course a continuous service for you during your conference at Hotel Concordia.

Reservation conditions

All prices are in sek, VAT included.

Our cancellation policy regarding group reservation (5 rooms or more): Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge 30 days or more before arrival date.

-If cancellation is made 3 weeks before arrival date, we will charge you 25 % of the total booked amount.

-If cancellation is made 2 weeks before arrival date, we will charge you 50 % of the total booked amount.

-If cancellation is made 1 week before arrival date, we will charge you 75 % of the total booked amount.

-If cancellation is made 6 days or less before arrival date, we will charge you 100 % of the total booked amount.

Conference packages can not be combined with other offers.
